| Q: | Can I benefit from purchasing ABC even though I have insurance coverage with another company? |
| A: | ABC may benefit you if you are seeking medical or other health related services not “allowed” by your insurance company. Your insurance company may not reimburse you for some or all of the services provided by ABC. For more specific answers to what is and is not covered by your insurance policy you should contact a company representative or your insurance agent. |
| Q: | What if I have a high-deductible insurance policy? |
| A: | ABC may provide you with a more affordable option for receiving Primary Care Physician services or other benefits that you would normally have to pay for out of your own pocket. ABC is an excellent benefit to be included into a cost reduction strategy using high-deductibles for reducing insurance premiums. |
| Q: | Are high-deductible policies a good option for reducing insurance premiums? |
| A: | Conceptually yes. High-deductible programs cost less than traditional managed care insurance plans or HMOs and are an affordable way to protect you from catastrophic or unexpected major medical expenses. ABC is a great fit for such programs in providing wellness care by a participating Primary Care Physician. Also, you may reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for items that ABC has negotiated a discount. See the Member Benefits Section for a sample listing of the programs, services and supplies. |
